All our jewelry are made from the highest quality stainless steel, then plated with 18k gold using a technique called PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition).

This new way of plating is 10x stronger than standard gold or silver plating, making our jewelry 100% waterproof!

We also use genuine freshwater pearls that are carefully selected and highly valued for their beautiful rainbow luster.

The Gold PVD coating on our Fenyes Jewelry guarantees that it is completely waterproof. You can wear your jewelry in the shower, to the gym, and at the beach; they will never lose color!

Cubic Zirconia (CZ) is the ultimate diamond alternative with many of the same qualities. CZ mimics a diamond however is beautiful in its own right, producing more flashes of color & shine (known as fire) than a diamond.

CZ is in fact heavier than a diamond of the same size and due to its incredible visual similarities is often misrepresented as a pure diamond.

For our standard range, we use AAA cubic zirconia which is great for fashion jewellery and have a lot of luster and shine.

For our big stone / crushed ice range and HighCarbon rings, we use AAAAA cubic zirconia, which is considered the very best. Our AAAAA CZ are hand-cut by our artisans and has the luminosity of real diamonds!

We are able to give you this price because we built a direct relationship with our stone artisans and we ship most of our jewellery directly from our factory.

Yes, all pieces are nickel-free and suitable for everyone with allergies or sensitive skin.

Absolutely not. All items are free from nickel and are safe to use for people with nickel allergies.

Payment

We accept credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and bank transfer (via PayPal).

Good news: It’s super easy! When checking out, click on "Show order summary / Enter discount code" and enter your code in the “Gift card or discount code” box.

Click “apply” and the discount will automatically be applied toward the order total.

1. Credit Card

From the day the return is processed by the returns team, depending on your bank, it will take around 5-10 business days for the fund to reappear on your end.

2. Debit Visa Card

Online purchases made with Debit Visa Card will be processed as a credit card and will take around 5-10 business days for the refund amount to appear on your end.

3. Paypal

Once a refund has been made back to your PayPal account, you will receive a notification from PayPal. It may take around 5-10 business days for you to see the fund in your bank account.

If you are experiencing problems in the checkout, please try the following actions:

  • Empty the cookies in the browser that you are using

Shipping

We partner with global merchants and artisans to provide you with the best prices and the most interesting products. This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as Germany, USA, Thailand, Tibet, China, India, etc. Our global suppliers provide tracking numbers, and we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 7-15 days to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately; it's on its way :)

Order & Tracking

Once you have finished adding items to your cart, simply click the “Safe Check Out” button on the Shopping Bag page, and we will guide you through the checkout process.

To track your order, please visit our tracking page.

After receiving your tracking number, if you encounter the message "ORDER NOT FOUND," it is likely because the tracking system may take 24-48 hours to update. Kindly wait for up to 48 hours after receiving the tracking number to track your order.

Once you've completed your purchase, we will send you an Order Confirmation email. Please check your junk mail or spam folders if you can't find it.

Otherwise, contact customer service at jewelryfenyes@gmail.com, and we will be able to re-send your confirmation email to you for your reference.

Please ensure to check your spam folder. If you suspect that you have entered an incorrect email address, kindly reach out to our customer support team, providing a detailed description of the issue. Please include your full name and the date the order was placed to assist us in resolving the matter promptly.

If you notice that an item is not included in your order, please email us right away at jewelryfenyes@gmail.com.

Make sure to provide your order number and attach a photo of the package you received so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If you are unable to track your order, please wait for an additional 24-28 hours before attempting to track it again on the tracking page. Sometimes it may take up to 48 hours for your order to synchronize.

Yes. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Send us an email within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order. All refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours before the funds reflect on the customer’s bank account.

We understand your excitement to receive your new pieces, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. While we expect our shipping providers to ensure a smooth tracking and delivery process, unforeseen circumstances can occasionally occur.

Occasionally, shipping carriers may leave packages in discreet locations to prevent theft or mistakenly deliver them to nearby addresses. In rare cases, couriers may mark orders as "Delivered" before they actually reach their destination. Please note that FENYES cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend reaching out to your local postal service or courier directly for further assistance.
